Quint

This is the first time I switched from using an electric kettle (to boil water) to a fully piped-in filtered water dispenser system. The overall decision was a good one with me wondering why I did not switch over sooner. Price was probably what held me back. Yes, price. It would be great if the price of Quint was lower. I feel it’s still kind of on the high side. Having said that, I love my Quint. It is a wonderful system - so convenient, smart and easy to use.
The could-have been-better side would also include having another higher stand options (so have two stands altogether, the present and this recommended piece) for cups, glasses or mugs that require a higher stand in order to get water without splatters all over; especially getting hot water over beverages like coffee, tea, milo, etc. As the provided stand is very low and is meant well for taller mugs, glasses, it does not help smaller and lower ones.

I also wish Quint comes in white rather than grey colour for the body.

Overall, still a very good dispenser. I am enjoying the use of my Quint daily.

I will like to persuade all new home owners to get this water dispenser as it looks great in the kitchen and save a lot of time in boiling water or for any cool water that you want to consume. Sales person has been great and knowledgeable with his own product as well as his competition hence you do not need to do a comparison chart anymore. I look forward to introducing Ruhens to all the family and friends around me

I used to have the V series dispenser, but I recently upgraded to the Quint series, and I couldn’t be happier! I've always loved Ruhens dispensers for their sleek design, excellent temperature control, and the convenience they offer, especially when preparing milk for my baby. The Quint series, with its self-cleaning feature, adds extra peace of mind by keeping the interior clean and safe for users. Absolutely no regrets—such a great purchase!

We had difficulty to choose between quint and the pop series and went by the outlet at Ubi to take a look at it physically. Upon coming to the store, the person had helped us made the right choice by explaining the functions clearly as well as showing on the usage of it. We decided to go for the quint as it looks more sleek and with its UV tech in cleaning the nozzle. We love the design and the functionality thus far after buying this dispenser and would recommend others to go for a try at their store.

Purchased Quint on 31 Dec 2023. 87°C Water gave us quite a problem from the start. Keeps having issues. But the team were prompt in coming to fix.

Now my family can’t live without it! Saved so much time (from traditional ways of boiling tap water/ kettle) and so thankful to have a dispenser that is easy to maintain. Just simple wipe downs and changing of filters when the indicators light up. So glad my hubs and I chose this model! I personally love the colour and the sleek design which matches perfectly in my kitchen.

Best part is, cold water is really cold! Really need this in Singapore where it’s always so hot 🥵
