1. How long is the warranty for your air purifiers?
Warranty period for our air purifier is 1 year, however if you encounter any issues within 7 days from receiving the product, we will do a 1-to-1 exchange.

2. Where are your air purifiers from?
Our products are designed and manufactured in Korea. Ruhens have its own R&D centre in Korea focusing on air purifiers.

3. Is it useful for pets?
Yes. Our 3 in 1 medical grade HEPA 13 filter effectively captures animal fur and pet danders in the air, it also remove any foul odour.
